Liverpool will look to continue their incredible Premier League run with another win on Saturday evening when they travel to Tottenham Hotspur.
The Reds have won 20 of their 21 league games this season and are unbeaten in their last 37 in the top flight.
Tottenham will be without star strike Harry Kane until April and don’t have much in reserve. Jose Mourinho may opt to go with Heung-min Son up top, supported by a rejuvenated Dele Alli. However, Christian Eriksen hasn’t looked all that interested this season so the attack may be a little makeshift.
Meanwhile, Liverpool haven’t conceded in the Premier League since early December and their front three of Roberto Firmino, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane are going to have success against this Spurs defence. Mourinho has seen his side ship 19 goals in his first 12 games in all competition and they’ve yet to come up against a team as good as what the league leaders will bring to the New Tottenham Stadium this weekend.
Liverpool will be looking to collect as many points as possible between now and the restart of the Champions League in February, so expect Jurgen Klopp to name his strongest XI in his Premier League games during this run.
Yes, the visitors are very short odds but when you’ve won 20 of 21 you deserve to be. Tottenham have been inconsistent all season and their defence continues to look leaky. The game is televised if you want to take them in-play but I am very confident Liverpool will be taking another three points this weekend.
