An out-of-form Tottenham Hotspur return from Belgrade on Wednesday night to host Sheffield United in the Premier League on Saturday.
Mauricio Pochettino’s side start the weekend in the bottom half of the table having failed to win any of their last four league games. During this run, they have been held 1-1 at home by bottom of the table Watford and thrashed 3-0 at Brighton & Hove Albion.
Meanwhile, Sheffield United are flying high in the European places and unbeaten in their first five Premier League away matches since gaining promotion from the Championship last season. This includes fighting back from 0-2 at Chelsea to draw 2-2, and winning 2-0 at Everton.
Spurs aren’t at it this season amid rumours the players have fallen out with the manager. Christian Eriksen certainly doesn’t seem too keen after failing to get his move to Real Madrid over the summer.
Sheffield United have been tactically excellent under Chris Wilder and I can see them getting a result at the new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday. The hosts will have had little chance to rest and prepare for this game following their Champions League game midweek too, which makes their odds to lay great value for money.
The Blades have one of the best defensive records this season and you can expect the manager to nullify Harry Kane in this one.
