Liverpool and Arsenal are the only sides to have won both of their games to start the 2019-20 Premier League season.
Jurgen Klopp’s side started the season with a 4-1 victory over Norwich City before hanging on at the end of their 2-1 win at Southampton last weekend.
Arsenal haven’t been overly convincing so far, beating Newcastle United 1-0 and Burnley 2-1, with their winners both coming in the second half.
This should be a thrilling encounter on Saturday evening as both sides play attractive, attacking football. The Reds are yet to keep a clean sheet in their opening two matches this season whilst Arsenal’s defence still looks questionable.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette is one of the best strike partnerships in the Premier League and their pace and movement will see them get chances against Virgil van Dijk and Joel Matip.
At the opposite end, Liverpool have one of the best attacking trios in the Premier League. Sadio Mane was in fine form at St Mary’s last weekend whilst Mohamed Salah has got off to a good start. Jurgen Klopp also has Divock Origi available as an impact substitute.
