Manchester United return from the international break to host Swansea City on Saturday as Jose Mourinho’s side look to extend the Premier League title race into April.
Jose Mourinho’s side currently hold a two-point lead over Liverpool and with a game in hand, and nine ahead of Chelsea who currently sit outside the Champions League places.
Swansea City’s form has improved under Carlos Carvalhal as they look like a team who will finish above the bottom three come the end of the season, if not comfortable above.
However, they were thrashed 3-0 at home by Tottenham Hotspur in their FA Cup quarter-final before the international break and may struggle to keep with Manchester United at Old Trafford.
Although Alexis Sanchez and the United attack hasn’t clicked too frequently in recent weeks I do believe they have what it takes to score against the likes of Kyle Naughton, Mike van der Hoorn and Federico Fernandez.
Jesse Lingard and Marcus Rashford have been playing well when Jose Mourinho has started them recently and I wouldn’t be surprised to see Paul Pogba step up in this one.
Swansea themselves are poor going forward and I expect them to set up very defensively in this one. David de Gea also leads the Premier League in clean sheets and I am expecting him to add to that in this one.
There’s no value in backing Manchester United just to win but I see value in them keeping a clean sheet as well.
